Well, I'm half way here. I use to take walks around the block in my neighborhood to look at the trees and to feel what the weather would be like for the next couple of days. I use to forecast on a regular basis in 1998 the weather for the Baltimore/Washington area. I was also researching the Pacific ENSO and remembered how much of an honor it was to be on the NASA Cool Space project @ Goddard in the Spring of 1998 and to interact with other scienists at NASA. It was the biggest uplifting experience for me as a high school student. My GPA went UP, dispite the insane accusations of a parent. It was only after this parent went out of their way to destory the positive benefits of being there at NASA did my GPA go down. It was from May '98 until the end of the school year.
I remember asking myself about where I would be at, at age 40 in regards to weather. Did I ever imagine in a million years that I would have went down this road? I first figured out how ENSO works in the Pacific in July of 2000. I made a forecast on the back of a walmart receipt for the periods of ENSO in the fall of 2000. I hit it right on the nose and I remember posting it on my AOL IM buddy info. The period from November 20-Dec 9,2000 will be much colder than the prior month as we get into the cold arctic air affecting the rest of the nation in October and November of 2000.
My next big step was reanalizing my weather chart in the summer of '01. I was roasted for not working and actually going over my weather chart and attempting to come up with a mathematical fit for my chart. I had acquired the mathematics necessary at AACC to accomplish this feat. In August of 2001 I developed a mathematical equation to fit the chart. And then all of a sudden it fell apart after 9/11. Things weren't working anymore and I was a little depressed. I didn't understand why until my mom pointed out that one day on Channel 13 she had seen a guy that was explaining that some of the contrails that we see during the day aren't exactly contrails, they are being sprayed by the USAF. On Janurary 3,2002 after watching the satellite photos and radars it was evident to me that I was hosed out of a surprise snow storm. I went south on Rt3 into Charles County to investigate. At 7am I found snow flurries in Annapolis and a significant snow storm as I went deep into PG county along Rt 3 past Upper Marlboro. I turned around because my car began to slide on the unpaved Rt3 with about 3" of snow on it. On the way back I noticed someone had cut up the clouds and there was a series of criss crossing "contrails" filling the hole. I thought this is odd. In 17 yrs of watching snowstorms like this I've never seen this before. Contrails at 6,000 feet? This makes no sense. I went further north back to my home and it got cloudy again and the snow began to fall. It was right then in there that I knew our Military was doing something.
I set out to study what was going on in the Winter of '02. My physics professors at UMBC thought I was nuts once I figured out what was happening in March 2002. I did an entire analysis of weather models and what my theory said and the theory fit to the T. The USAF was droughting the Eastern US to prop up the economy and to keep people outside.
After I had figured out what was taking place, I received a barrage of illegal stalking activities by the US Govt. I caught NSA repeatedly calling my house and hanging up to kick me offline when I would post something new about Chemtrails. I had US Govt vehiciles following me to college everyday leaving from the Wendy's at the corner of 648 and 176 at 8 and 9am....(yea Wendy's is open at that time), I had MTA Mobility vehicles stalking me and following me, I had undercover Baltimore City Police officers which I was able to later match tag #'s in the police parking lots in December 2005 with some of the ones that were following me in 2003 and 2004.
I had consistant hacks into my computer. I would host weather modification discussions on AOL IM with friends and within 3 hours of my discussions the USAF would begin modifying the weather in the regions that I'd say would be need to be modified to advert severe weather. I was the target online of a massive pyschological operation that included angry posts and death threats via email for discovering what I discovered. I lost most of my patriotism for this country and our government. I'm still waiting on my public apology from the Government, but never the less enemy combantants get their public apology... but not this American Citizen.
During the fall of '02 I developed the first "correction" to my weather model. It extended the capabilities of my weather model in the longer term. By March '03 I had developed a 2nd correction and in August of 2003 I was accurately forecasting heat waves 10days+ in advance.
In '04 I began to get more organized and began to compare what the temperatures should have been versus what was going on in the skies. I was finding evidence of a second system running our weather pattern. I didn't think one bit about the Atlantic Ocean having an effect, or the Atlantic ENSO. Current theory was and still is that the Atlantic Ocean's ENSO does not have an effect on weather and is very erractic. I trusted those scientists and realized that they were wrong in '07.
In March '06 I completed the first verison of my weather computer model. I began to see how the second system was operating. In July '06 I posted high temperatures for Wilmington,DE. I was able to successfully forecast 14 days in advance with only missing the high temperature no more than 1F for each day, except day 1 when the USAF held the cold front up. Right there was the clue that a second system was operating in the atmosphere. What was that second system?
During the winter of '06/'07 I set out to figure out what this system was and used an excuse that the USAF has hosed me out of my first snow storm in Maryland in early Dec '06 as an excuse for giving the Russians and Chinese 16 days of uninterruptted weather information to wage war on the US. My goals were clear, I wanted to make the strongest La Nina that we've seen in decades. This would help me understand what is taking place. It took me 16 days of information and it only took 56 days to end a strong El Nino that wasn't expected to end until late spring of 2007 by NASA scientists. By Mid-March 2007 we had a strong La Nina rolling in the Pacific Ocean. This Strong La Nina enabled me to see what that secondary system was and when I started putting pieces together I realized, aha! It's the Atlantic ENSO! I posted my forecasts and current phases on Myspace beginning April 9,2007. I am the first person to figure this out on the planet. I then began a quest to understand how my weather model interacted with both systems. In July 2007 I found it and it was amazing. The atmosphere channels back and forth between two systems. I also was studying how the Atlantic ENSO interacted with the Pacific ENSO in the thermoclines in the Pacific Ocean. The next thing to figure out was Earthquakes.
In the summer of '07 I began to observe in real time how the Pacific ENSO and Atlantic ENSO trigger earthquakes. I was interested in determining if it was possible to modify the weather and strike locations with earthquakes. I again hooked up with the Russians and Chinese in late Janurary 2008 in attempt to target the New Madrid fault line. Needless to say I missed my target by 400 miles, but I got the right date and missed the magnitude by a significant amount in energy terms. I was expecting a 7.1 we got a 5.4.
After the USAF screwed me out of a snow storm on December 9,2008 and put 1 Million people in the dark across PA and NY due to their recklessness. I again hooked up with the Russian Military in supplying weather information that would 1) freeze Eastern Europe as a thank you for working with me and 2) seeing if it was possible to target 4 US cities and have earthquakes strike all within a week of each other. My target was Seattle, LA,Dallas and NYC. I missed downtown Seattle by 12 Miles, I didn't get LA, I missed Dallas by 35 miles, and NYC by 40miles. All 4.5 earthquakes or larger.
Did I ever expect to have the capabilities to modify the weather over Central Siberia and destory the US within a week back in 1998? Not in a million years. I wonder where I will be at 40?

Another Step in the Healing Process
It's extremely dark every morning I wake up and go to work. It's extremely dark in more than once sense of the word. Did I ever envision myself at 27 working in the security field? Probably not. Did I ever envision myself being such a great meteorologist that I would have to keep my forecasts and new scientific ideas secrets to protect my well being? Not a chance in hell, not even in 2001.
These are very dark days for me. I created a weather model to allow me to forecast weather well over 20 days in advance and I put it together so I could have the opportunity to combine my weather expertise with my financial gut in the natural gas market. The Natural Gas market is mostly controlled by weather, this is where the majority of hedge funds make their money trading natural gas futures. They hire meteorologists that are capable of looking long term to give them the necessary weather information to make the most money possible for their clients. The greatest of great meteorologists work for the Hedge Funds, because that's where they money is. The second best work at the universities and the third tier are involved with weather modification in the United States Military.
Unfortunately after saving for 3 years I'm still waiting on a reply from MF(Man Financial) as to the status of my application. As far as I'm aware of I've met all the financial qualifications to maintain an account and I expressed my intentions as to what I wanted to trade and that I would definitely have my own personal cap for the number of contracts that I would trade. My total liquidity would never exceed the liabilities from the contracts. In other words, if my trade went the wrong way in a hurry I would be able to cover with cash and not need a loan to pay for my losses. It's just another stumbling block in my quest to be a meteorologist and to help people.
Lately I've never been as worried for my life as I ever have been. I keep advancing with my meteorological skills and no one is ever going to stop me. The problem I have now is that I've discovered the link between earthquakes and weather. There is a good side and a bad side to this. The good side would be that if I were to work with the USGS and use my weather theories, we could forecast earthquakes (not all but probably on the order of 75 or 80% )several weeks in advance. The flip side of the coin, I know how to use weather modification to target cities around the globe. I could be in Central Russia, modify the weather there for a couple of weeks and wind up wiping out Seattle, Los Angeles, Dallas and New York City in about a weeks time from major earthquakes. I understand now how to modify the weather and use it to target cities for potentially major earthquakes.
Knowing that our government knows this and the Russians and Chinese know this, it scares me to no end that somewhere I'm targeted by someone to be put 6' under. I already know that Satan has it out for me not to mention our Government and the powers that run it, otherwise I would have had my futures account opened by now.
I would still like answers as to why NSA was constantly kicking me offline in 2002 when I had dial up whenever I would discover another piece of the USAF's weather modification project. I would still like answers as to why my phone was tapped, why I was followed to UMBC each morning for two weeks in March '02,why my e-mails to friends and others figuring out what our Military was doing, were being deleted and delayed to the sender, I'd still like to have answers to why I would be periodically stalked, why the USAF sprays BWI to hose me out of my snow in order to get the planes in, why NSA hacked into my computer and monitored my AIM discussions revolving around weather modification. It sucks when you know they make your life miserable and basically prevent you from ever doing what you love to do. It's not right that NSA gets to steal my hard work and talent for the "better of the country", put money and pats on the back to the NSA Gestapo watching me, while I'm not compensated a fucking dime and left with deep scars as the trust that exists between me and my government has been destroyed. This isn't their role as outlined by the US Constitution. The US Govt's role as outlined by the US Constitution is to promote me to become better, not run me into the ground, emotionally,physically, and spiritually.

Moving Forward...
At first I attempted to place my old weather modification discussion on here but the layout will not allow me to post the graphics in their necessary format. For now I think I will move in the direction of my personal life and use this as a blog for a growing tool in my journey in an attempt to figure out why am I here on earth, why did God grant me so much power and what my purpose is.
The past 11 years have been amazing. I thought a lot about when it all started and how it was kick started and when was that one critical moment where the ball started rolling. I remember when it was and it was just one of those ho hum I have no confidence as a teenager kind of things.
It was another alarm clock morning waking up to goto a first period to have a class which I liked, American Dream English, but with a teacher I extremely resented. She treated me like a slave a little kid. I even took a song by AC/DC and used their beat and created lyrics to help overcome the stress and anguish her grip was having on my personal life. It was the last day to turn in my application for AP Physics and I was extremely depressed about life. I had a job the summer before and had the first smells of satisfaction and what it means to work. I worked on a snowball truck that traversed the Glen Burnie area. The winter before Mr. Jim said I was the only teenager on his entire route that he ever trusted. He said I was special but I never understood why. My peers in HS turned on me. I knew the value of work, they spent most of the summer playing video games. I had money, a g/f and God.
In school many teachers hated my guts because I was outspoken about their unethical ways of treating students and treating myself. Then there were the five that I still hold dearly to this day. Ms. Kosla my AP European History teacher,Mrs. Crum my Pre-Calc teacher, Mr. Ritz my 7th and 8th grade geography/history teacher, Mr. Lang my Economics teacher and most of all my idol to this day, Mr. Moore,my junior/senior yr physics teacher former teacher of the year in 2000 or 2001 I believe.
I sumbitted a paper to him as to why I wanted to learn AP Physics and I thought at the time, no one sees a damn thing in me at this high school, no one believes I'm worth anything and it was mild mid-Janurary morning during my Pre-Calc class that he pulled me out of class to have a one on one chat with me.
"I read your paper for wanting to be in AP Physics."
"you read that?"
"Would you be interested in an internship at NASA in Greenbelt that focused on
the current '97/'98 El Nino?"
"Sure, but I have no way to getting to NASA."
"Good, that can be taken care of."
"Really?"
" I have a senior that would be willing to take you."
That's all that was needed to start this adventure. I remember during the '97/'98 winter everyone asked, did that storm form because of El Nino? No one on the weather channel had the answer, but everyone kinda agreed that the extra warm waters in the Eastern Pacific were having an effect on global temperatures and the increase in global storms.

USAF setting up Southeastern Wet Period(05/07)
USAF setting up Southeastern Wet Period Thu May 24, 2007 11:55 pm
The USAF has been busy across North America today. The USAF focused on spraying Southern James Hudson's Bay area in Canada along with spraying an area from Kansas northeastward through Minnesota. The USAF's goal appears to be to strengthen the ridge of high pressure across Southern Canada and to strengthen the Mid-Western Low pressure system across the Central US. What they are doing is slowing down the pattern for the Arctic air mass arriving across the Upper Mid-West on May 30th. By slowing up the entire storm track they will force the colder air further to the west thus sharping the SW-NE trough to a N-S and possibly creating a cut-off low pressure system across the Eastern Seaboard. My feeling is the main model the USAF uses to calculate where they will spray has erred to the warm side in it's intermediate projections. It's acting extremely goofy in the 4-6 day period right now, solutions are not consistant and sometimes mind boggling. I have a feeling there is going to be a lot of rain during the June 1-4th period across the Eastern Seaboard as the front will be held up instead of coming through like it's suppose too.

Would you like to read to the Audience, Kevin the time and date of that post? Would you like me to quote you on weather forecasts made by models in the 7-10 day range and their accuracy? Would you like to comment on the 5F bump on forecasted high temperatures today across the Northeastern US. Some places were in the mid to upper 90's in Maine today. Yesterday morning(before the spraying) the NWS was forecasting highs near 90. That high pressure was strengthened Kevin, the proof is in the high temperatures today.

Say there is a weather station at an airport that is surrounded by high density commerical development on it's northside like hotels, shopping malls, etc.(a total of 4 sq miles) and surronding the airport for several miles(outside the commerical development) is older residential communities with a large amount of tree cover, roughly 70%.(total of 16 sq miles) The "offical" site is at the airport. The "unoffical" site is 2 miles away on the residential side. The Airport reaches 89F and the unoffical site reaches 86F, then at night the airport falls to 55F and the unoffical site falls to 58F. Which of the two sites has a better representaion of the region as a whole? Given this was a relatively calm day for winds. The forecaster forecasted 84/60. What is the proper way to score this?

Interesting Kevin... Models might have large swing at this time frame, but my prediction has come to life, the model has responded just as I said it would. As I've said I use their models to show how the USAF calculates where to spray and when to influence the weather patterns to their liking. All my goal is to provide scientific evidence that this is taking place. But as my saying goes, it takes the best theif to catch the second best theif.
Notice the shift in the cooler temperatures further westward.Honestly to me, this looks like nothing but a big kick back for Constellation Energy for the delay in the electricity rate hike across Maryland. lmao. If your so sure that my 9 day forecast for the cold front to reach the mid-atlantic on June 1st was a rip off of the GFS, by all means look up the 9 day time frame of the 18Z May 23,2007 model. The odds of that forecast happening are less than 1 in 10 on a 9 day forecast from the GFS. Generalized weather patterns are near 1 in 6.

Again, you are basing on the HINT the models are showing. Everyone here thinks you are some kind of god in USAF forces on weather but you are a fluke. Just another wannabee that reads weather models.
Weather modification isn't about making your own predictions, it's about taking existing weather models and using artistic abilities to figure out where and when to modify a part of the jet stream to accomplish your goals 3-5 days later. I think your jealous that I know what's going on, because if you knew this was coming why didn't you respond to it when I posted it on May 23rd, why did you wait 48 hours to comment? Was it because you weren't positive that it was coming? What did the 13 day model say huh? Did it have that piece of the cooler air ejecting from the Mid-Atlantic that day?... btw since this is now 14 days away... things really heat up for the northeast June8/9th and stay that way for a few days... Temps 88-95.

There you have it folks, the only reason he had a problem with me forecasting it and was two days late to the ballgame was because I went with the forecast and had the guts to before him or his chaser buddies wanted to fess upto reality. So of course he's going to bash me to make me look like I didn't know what I was talking about, or I was stealing something that had about a 1 in 10 chance of happening. The only thing you've done KM over the past two weeks is make me goto my closet and blow the dust off of my meteorological swords. Now I gotta goto the garage and start sharping them... they could use a tune up.

It's amazing, it really is. Most of the storm track change occured in the 18hours following my observations about what the USAF was doing and where. I originally said the front was coming through June 1st for the Mid-Atlantic. The model run at 12:35am Fri May 25,2007 showed that exactly.
As I stated in my original observation the front was going to be held up and probably not make it and create a cut off low pressure system, but generate a lot of rain for the Southeastern US.

Now let's look at the new computer projections. Keep in mind this is now 3 days later from our last look. See how the storm is now a cut off low and the front has washed out over the Central US. This low is expected to move eastward over the weekend.
So while Mr. Kevin continues to scream that I don't know what I'm talking about, I'm a fraud and chemtrails don't exist. How was I able to take a model run from 9 days ago(with a 1 in 10 chance of succeeding), watch what the USAF was doing in the 8 day time frame and make a forecast based on what they were doing and be right once again. Yet Chemtrails don't exist and we have to make him a believer.

See what I mean Starman. It doesn't matter what I post, just about anything I say takes him off the deep end. It doesn't matter that I made a prediction based on where the USAF was spraying and current model data. Only for the models 18-24 hours later reflect the exact shift that I said would be caused by what the USAF was doing. Yet in his mind he doesn't make the connection, which leads me to believe that someone is paying him to do this, because what he is claiming I'm doing is completely illogical or I have some sort of telepathic ability with computer models that havn't been run yet. Therefore he knows I'm right. He's on a mission, he's not going to behave until I premantly shut up. He's made that clear several times. Why would anyone care so deeply about what I've done and what I'm proving if it wasn't true? Who is paying him, that would be a bigger question. I'd sure love to find out and so would the rest of CTC. It would give instant credibility to what I've already proven. Out of all the weather forecasters in the blogosphere, why attack me? Why dedicate so much time and energy in attacking me if what I'm doing is "junk science" by the scientific community? Maybe it's because I'm the only one with a theory and has shown that I can look 7-10 days into the future to see the outcomes of what the USAF is doing currently? It's just a lot of unanswered questions at motivation level at this point.

Latest computer models show low pressure projected in nearly the same location for the 12Z Jun 1 2007 time frame. We hit the entire change in that model and successfully forecasted around what the USAF was doing to the weather. We used model data and combined it with current Satellitte analysis to determine what the USAF intentions were. Our next feat will be to see if this energy ejects on Jun 4,2007. There will also be another major pattern change on Jun 8/9,2007. It should get very warm in the Northeastern US. That will be a 15 day forecast. Will recap Friday. **** Also look for heavy spraying across the Southeastern US starting Friday and lasting through Monday. It will be a clear/milky white type spray. It's the Air Force's rain inducing spray. It will be different from some of the other types of chem's you've seen. **** I did some research into how accurate the models are... Here are the final maps for June 1,2007 @ 12Z. Notice we caught the USAF spraying across Southern Canada 8 days ago and caught about 90% of the entire change.The initial model we studied 7.5 days ago.

These USAF people that are incharge of our weather modification project are some very sick people. They once again hacked my e-mail address way back in Mid-November and intercepted my forecast for the first Northeastern Snowfall on Dec 3rd/4th and a blizzard for the 8th and 9th. For anyone that does not know me or is new, there is a vendetta between the USAF and myself when it comes to snow storms. I have a weather formula that can forecast weather very accurately upto 25 days in advance. It's why I became actively involved in the persuit of chemtrails. They "get off" everytime they hose me out of a Snowstorm in Baltimore. They thought it was funny judging by the debunkers reactions to "save" the East Coast from their first snow Dec 3rd/4th and a major snow storm on the 8th and 9th. The USAF sprayed over the N.Central Pacific this past weekend as well as much of the Southeast and have managed to shift the pattern eastward far enough to "save" the East Coast. Instead two very powerful storms, the more powerful one being on the 10th and 11th will slam the UK as well as Iceland. This storm is projected to have a central pressure of 927mb at it's peak. This is comparable to a weak category 5/strong category 4 hurricane. The USAF doesn't see Britian or the UK as its friend judging by these actions.

I did send some information to the Chinese and Russians, only only to flush out and break up the Gulf of Alaskan Low Pressure system the USAF put there starting last Saturday Night. Remember the L I showed on the WV pic? That was all the United States Air Force. After I had sent the information the Chinese acted on it and then USAF adjusted and reacted in order to keep that low there. I've sent two more briefing and I'm hoping the information I gave minimizes precipitation for the Pac. NW and not to let the flooding to get out of hand. I'd like to know what someone did in Seattle to tick our boys off. But if I let the USAF boys off the hook after getting rid of the low pressure that it took them about 5 days to create, then it's not sending the proper message to those incharge of our weather modification project. If they want help, they are going to have to get it legally and pay for it...

LONDON, England (CNN) -- A small tornado hit a residential area of London on Thursday, injuring at least six people, according to ambulance service staff. No Longer A Traitor Part I
Walking to the curb dragging two trash cans behind me for morning pick up,I began to have an emotional breakdown. I had just finished my junior fall semester and it ended in disaster. I wrote a paper about global warming and highlighted several factors that helped to inflate the warming statistics that were being presented by the IPCC.
In my argument I cited that several weather stations across the country had been placed in the wrong spots to accurately reflect atmospheric temperature of the area. I highlighted a 1996 report from the NWS, when Congress cut funding for weather service offices at major airports, that the temperature sensor at BWI Airport had been taking the temperature of the runway instead of the temperature in the field. My second concern is that the temperature sensors were not reflective of the local landscape ecology. For example weather stations are generally placed in an open field. This was standard practice in the early days of recording weather observations. Most of the Eastern US did not have tree's in the 1920's. The landscape was mostly grasslands, only after the New Deal were most of the tree's that we see today planted. I couldn't understand how this type of rational logical thought process could get me blackballed. I always thought that one presents an argument with facts and backs them up with new ideas as to the root causes and potential effects to a situation. I found out early in life that this type of analysis leads to blackballing and an entire aggrivated emotional response from core believers of "dis-information".
As I was walking the trash to the curb I broke down into tears and started praying and asking God why did my cousin's husband call me an extremely special person? Why did he take him from me? He meant a lot to me as we discussed politics and the economy in a "no spin" zone.
I was forecasting 2-4" of surprise snow that night on January 3,2002 and watching the radars closely. I stayed up the entire night waiting for the snow to arrive, except it didn't quite make it. At about 6am I hopped in my car bought some donuts from Arundel Donuts and headed south until I found snow. I drove almost down to Waldorf,MD. The road conditions were bad there and I had to turn around and start to come home. On the way I home I was watching the clouds begin to lift in areas where it had been snowing heavily 15 minutes prior. I thought this was odd when I saw the sun come through the clouds. I looked up and saw a plane going through the clouds leaving behind a contrail. After that contrail had been laid for a couple of minutes the clouds completely cleared below the contrail. A few minutes later another plane doing the same thing had left another clear swath through the clouds. Something didn't make sense, but I was devastated, I was burned out,I didn't get my snow and I thought God was mad at me.
A couple of days later I was telling my mom about what I saw and she told me that she saw on Channel 13 Baltimore a local man that was describing the same thing I had seen except with a rain storm a few months earlier. She told me the story of how he contacted Andrews Air Force Base during an operation. The first air force spokesperson he came in contact with told him it was for military operations. When he called back another spokesperson said the person he had talked to didn't exist. Somewhere in the back of my mind said,"The USAF stole your snow."
My Internet search revealed something called "chemtrails". I didn't understand what they were or how they operated, or how to tell them apart from ordinary contrails. I thought at the time if it was a real phenomena that I am bright enough to figure out how they work and how they affect the weather. I'm a third year Physics student, it's not going to be that difficult.
