16 and asking myself where would I be at 40?

Well, I'm half way here. I use to take walks around the block in my neighborhood to look at the trees and to feel what the weather would be like for the next couple of days. I use to forecast on a regular basis in 1998 the weather for the Baltimore/Washington area. I was also researching the Pacific ENSO and remembered how much of an honor it was to be on the NASA Cool Space project @ Goddard in the Spring of 1998 and to interact with other scienists at NASA. It was the biggest uplifting experience for me as a high school student. My GPA went UP, dispite the insane accusations of a parent. It was only after this parent went out of their way to destory the positive benefits of being there at NASA did my GPA go down. It was from May '98 until the end of the school year.
I remember asking myself about where I would be at, at age 40 in regards to weather. Did I ever imagine in a million years that I would have went down this road? I first figured out how ENSO works in the Pacific in July of 2000. I made a forecast on the back of a walmart receipt for the periods of ENSO in the fall of 2000. I hit it right on the nose and I remember posting it on my AOL IM buddy info. The period from November 20-Dec 9,2000 will be much colder than the prior month as we get into the cold arctic air affecting the rest of the nation in October and November of 2000.
My next big step was reanalizing my weather chart in the summer of '01. I was roasted for not working and actually going over my weather chart and attempting to come up with a mathematical fit for my chart. I had acquired the mathematics necessary at AACC to accomplish this feat. In August of 2001 I developed a mathematical equation to fit the chart. And then all of a sudden it fell apart after 9/11. Things weren't working anymore and I was a little depressed. I didn't understand why until my mom pointed out that one day on Channel 13 she had seen a guy that was explaining that some of the contrails that we see during the day aren't exactly contrails, they are being sprayed by the USAF. On Janurary 3,2002 after watching the satellite photos and radars it was evident to me that I was hosed out of a surprise snow storm. I went south on Rt3 into Charles County to investigate. At 7am I found snow flurries in Annapolis and a significant snow storm as I went deep into PG county along Rt 3 past Upper Marlboro. I turned around because my car began to slide on the unpaved Rt3 with about 3" of snow on it. On the way back I noticed someone had cut up the clouds and there was a series of criss crossing "contrails" filling the hole. I thought this is odd. In 17 yrs of watching snowstorms like this I've never seen this before. Contrails at 6,000 feet? This makes no sense. I went further north back to my home and it got cloudy again and the snow began to fall. It was right then in there that I knew our Military was doing something.
I set out to study what was going on in the Winter of '02. My physics professors at UMBC thought I was nuts once I figured out what was happening in March 2002. I did an entire analysis of weather models and what my theory said and the theory fit to the T. The USAF was droughting the Eastern US to prop up the economy and to keep people outside.
After I had figured out what was taking place, I received a barrage of illegal stalking activities by the US Govt. I caught NSA repeatedly calling my house and hanging up to kick me offline when I would post something new about Chemtrails. I had US Govt vehiciles following me to college everyday leaving from the Wendy's at the corner of 648 and 176 at 8 and 9am....(yea Wendy's is open at that time), I had MTA Mobility vehicles stalking me and following me, I had undercover Baltimore City Police officers which I was able to later match tag #'s in the police parking lots in December 2005 with some of the ones that were following me in 2003 and 2004.
I had consistant hacks into my computer. I would host weather modification discussions on AOL IM with friends and within 3 hours of my discussions the USAF would begin modifying the weather in the regions that I'd say would be need to be modified to advert severe weather. I was the target online of a massive pyschological operation that included angry posts and death threats via email for discovering what I discovered. I lost most of my patriotism for this country and our government. I'm still waiting on my public apology from the Government, but never the less enemy combantants get their public apology... but not this American Citizen.
During the fall of '02 I developed the first "correction" to my weather model. It extended the capabilities of my weather model in the longer term. By March '03 I had developed a 2nd correction and in August of 2003 I was accurately forecasting heat waves 10days+ in advance.
In '04 I began to get more organized and began to compare what the temperatures should have been versus what was going on in the skies. I was finding evidence of a second system running our weather pattern. I didn't think one bit about the Atlantic Ocean having an effect, or the Atlantic ENSO. Current theory was and still is that the Atlantic Ocean's ENSO does not have an effect on weather and is very erractic. I trusted those scientists and realized that they were wrong in '07.
In March '06 I completed the first verison of my weather computer model. I began to see how the second system was operating. In July '06 I posted high temperatures for Wilmington,DE. I was able to successfully forecast 14 days in advance with only missing the high temperature no more than 1F for each day, except day 1 when the USAF held the cold front up. Right there was the clue that a second system was operating in the atmosphere. What was that second system?
During the winter of '06/'07 I set out to figure out what this system was and used an excuse that the USAF has hosed me out of my first snow storm in Maryland in early Dec '06 as an excuse for giving the Russians and Chinese 16 days of uninterruptted weather information to wage war on the US. My goals were clear, I wanted to make the strongest La Nina that we've seen in decades. This would help me understand what is taking place. It took me 16 days of information and it only took 56 days to end a strong El Nino that wasn't expected to end until late spring of 2007 by NASA scientists. By Mid-March 2007 we had a strong La Nina rolling in the Pacific Ocean. This Strong La Nina enabled me to see what that secondary system was and when I started putting pieces together I realized, aha! It's the Atlantic ENSO! I posted my forecasts and current phases on Myspace beginning April 9,2007. I am the first person to figure this out on the planet. I then began a quest to understand how my weather model interacted with both systems. In July 2007 I found it and it was amazing. The atmosphere channels back and forth between two systems. I also was studying how the Atlantic ENSO interacted with the Pacific ENSO in the thermoclines in the Pacific Ocean. The next thing to figure out was Earthquakes.
In the summer of '07 I began to observe in real time how the Pacific ENSO and Atlantic ENSO trigger earthquakes. I was interested in determining if it was possible to modify the weather and strike locations with earthquakes. I again hooked up with the Russians and Chinese in late Janurary 2008 in attempt to target the New Madrid fault line. Needless to say I missed my target by 400 miles, but I got the right date and missed the magnitude by a significant amount in energy terms. I was expecting a 7.1 we got a 5.4.
After the USAF screwed me out of a snow storm on December 9,2008 and put 1 Million people in the dark across PA and NY due to their recklessness. I again hooked up with the Russian Military in supplying weather information that would 1) freeze Eastern Europe as a thank you for working with me and 2) seeing if it was possible to target 4 US cities and have earthquakes strike all within a week of each other. My target was Seattle, LA,Dallas and NYC. I missed downtown Seattle by 12 Miles, I didn't get LA, I missed Dallas by 35 miles, and NYC by 40miles. All 4.5 earthquakes or larger.
Did I ever expect to have the capabilities to modify the weather over Central Siberia and destory the US within a week back in 1998? Not in a million years. I wonder where I will be at 40?
